For determination of chemical elements composition in various substances - solid, powder, liquid state, as well as in coatings and on filters.

High aperture scheme and resolution of crystal-analyzers provide high analytical parameters in a small size instrument with low power x-ray tube. No external cooling is required.
Full computer control of measurements, a convenient and user-friendly interface of software for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
Additional EDX channel provides determination of one light element besides those determined with WDX unit, therefore improves capability of the spectrometer.
