For determination of chemical elements composition in various substances - solid, powder, liquid state, as well as in coatings and on filters.

High aperture scheme and resolution of crystal-analyzers provide high analytical parameters in a small size instrument with low power x-ray tube. No external cooling is required.
Full computer control of measurements, a convenient and user-friendly interface of software for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
Two additional EDX channels provides determination of two light element besides those determined with WDX unit, therefore improves capability of the spectrometer.
