«Spectroscan MAKC-GV» desktop x-ray
fluorescent crystal diffraction scanning spectrometer is the most
universal and modern instrument of «Spectroscan MAKC» brand. It can
analyse elements from 11Na to 92U. The range of analysed elements is
expanded due to development of vacuum chamber with goniometer and 5
automatically changeable crystal-analysers. The samples are outside
the vacuum chamber; therefore any type of samples (solid, liquid,
powder) can be analysed.
No external cooling systems, no liquid
nitrogen, no gas pumping is required. Automatic sample changer for 16
samples has also two cells with spinning, providing representative
analysis of heterogeneous samples.
High aperture scheme together with 200W
x-ray tube provides high intensities of analytical lines, therefore
sensitivity and express analysis.
Simplicity and flexibility of operation due
to a user-friendly interface. Complete computer control of measurements,
easy processing (automatic or manual). Quantitative, qualitative and
standardless analysis. |
